Full Conference Pass
The ICDAR 2023 full conference pass provides access to the whole conference program from August 21-26, including all post conference events (workshops, tutorials, and doctoral consortium). On-site participation includes coffee breaks during the main conference days, social program, and banquet.

Post Conference Pass
The ICDAR 2023 post conference pass provides access to all post conference events from August 24-26, (workshops, tutorials, and doctoral consortium). On-site participation includes coffee breaks.

Payment
All fees must be paid by credit card during the registration process.
Full Registration for Accepted Papers
Each accepted paper requires at least one author to have performed a full registration before June 7, in order for the paper to be included and published in the conference or workshop proceedings. One full registration covers a maximum of 2 papers by the same author. Note that the presenter of the paper does not need to be the same author who made the full registration, but will also need to be registered.
ICDAR-IJDAR Journal Track Papers
Authors of papers accepted into the ICDAR-IJDAR journal track must follow the same registration guidelines as authors of other accepted papers at the main conference.
IAPR Member Rate
To qualify for the IAPR Member rate, registrants need to enter their IAPR Membership ID during the registration process.
Student Rate
Full-time university students of all levels of university degrees are eligible to register at the student rate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be handled through the registration site or by contacting the ICDAR 2023 secretariat at: secretariat@icdar2023.org
- Cancellations before July 14, 2023 will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations after July 14, 2023 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations after August 6, 2023 will receive no refund.
